In any one of the tours, visitors will be able to see works, furnishings and installations that are part of the Contemporary Quirinale initiative.
Reservations must be made at least 5 days before the date scheduled for the visit.
Visitors shall have to show up 10 minutes ahead of the beginning of the tour and carry a valid identification document.
Access shall be denied in case the personal data and names given when booking do not correspond to the data on the documents.
Minors under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Household pets are not allowed.
Inside the Estate there is a refreshment bar called “La Dispensa” at the end of the tour itinerary where visitors can enjoy bar and restaurant services at their own expense by informing their tour guide in the morning or by making an advance booking at the number: +39 06 51098134. On the grounds, there is also an outdoor picnic area where visitors can consume their packed lunches.
The admission ticket is issued in the name of the purchaser and is restricted to a given date and time. Latecomers will be denied entry to the Estate. It is not possible to change the name, date and time on the admission ticket and tickets are non-refundable.
Scheduled visits could be subjected to changes due to institutional events or bad weather conditions and/or cancellations because of the inaccessibility to particular locations. In this case, scheduled visitors will not be given even a partial refund of the admission ticket.
Scheduled visits could be cancelled due to institutional commitments. In this case, it will be possible to take the tour on another day or obtain a refund of the amount paid.
Visitors will be accompanied by volunteer personnel or the staff of the following associations: WWF (World-Wide Fund for Nature), LIPU (Lega Italiana Protezione Uccelli), Legambiente and the Touring Club Italiano. The tour is organized with the support of university students selected through calls for candidates launched by the CRUI (Conference of Rectors of Italian Universities).

The Nature and Archaeological Tours require the mandatory use of technical footwear for outdoor activities. The dress code requires that visitors wear attires appropriate for institutional places.
The tours cost 2.50 euros, inclusive of the mandatory booking charge.
